Description:
one-Fusion is a unique artificial thermostable enzyme created for superior PCR performance infidelity, processivity and speed.
one-Fusion DNA Polymerase generates PCR products with extremely high accuracy and speed, even on your most difficult templates. one-Fusion Polymerase is capable of amplifying long amplicons up to 12 kb human genomic and 15 kb λ DNA.
The processivity of one-Fusion DNA Polymerase is approximately 10-fold higher than that of Pyrococcus furious Polymerase and twice that of Taq DNA Polymerase. The processivity of one-Fusion DNA Polymerase is 25-35 bases/sec.
This increase in processivity results not only in shorter extension times, but more robust amplification since mispriming has no time to appear. High processivity provides the ability of one-Fusion Polymerase to amplify long templates in a short time. Due to these unique characteristics, one-Fusion DNA Polymerase can be used for routine PCR as well as for very special PCR applications.
In most of PCRs the yield of the product is substantially increased. PCR products of one-Fusion DNA Polymerase are blunt-ended and ready for cloning.
